My presentation is about a Chinese stop motion animation in 1979, the Story of Avanti, directed by Shanghai Animation Studio and director Qu Jianfang.

About the question of Oscar prize, I did some research after presentation, here is the attached info:

The Story of Avanti is an episodes animation, but at the beginning, it is produced as a single episode short animation in 1979. When this very first episode Growing Gold is finished, the studio sent it as a selection of Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film of Oscar. Unfortunately, because of the reason of overtime, they lost the opptunity to win a Nomination Award.

After Growing Gold, the Story of Avanti has gaind a lot of liking and foundness from Chinese audience, therefore the studio decided to continue producing the Story of Avanti as a episodes animation.
